Free Introductory EFT Sessions for Caregivers, Coaches, and Volunteers
“You are not a better person if you burn yourself to a crisp on the bonfire of service to others!”
Each year individuals in the helping professions burn out, numb out or leave the work they love because of stress. It doesn’t have to be that way! In our work we will always confront stress. And there is an effective powerful way to acknowledge and move through it with energy and hope.
Dr. Marianne Reiff is a retired educator and trainer who now works with Integrated Coaching, an exciting model that blends individual and group coaching with the Emotional freedom Technique, a form of guided mindful acupressure.
